DIRETOR, CLUB ERVICE – Rtn. Ketan Patel
 

Attendance:
Every month circular, in detail, is sent to all the members. Regular contact is maintained on phone, e-mail, personal meeting and through SMS. Our president also contacts members to motivate them to attend the meetings. To keep meetings interesting, we invite speakers from various fields like blood donation, spirituality, share market, Gujarati literature, need of human resources in industries, etc; and also various aspect of Rotary. Out of 19 regular meetings so far, in 11 meetings were invited speakers meetings.

Club Bulletin:
Our club's bulletin "GYRATOR" is being published regularly. We published one special issue on our beloved and respected PDG Shri Vishnubhai Patel on the occasion of his 70th birthday
 

Fellowship / Program :
In the month of August, 15 members with family enjoyed 2 days picnic at Khanvel Resort. We also celebrated Diwali and New Year. On 1 st November, we celebrated PDG Shri Vishnubhai Patel's birthday with all of ROTARY PARIVAR members and eminent people of Vapi.. We will attend District Conference in maximum numbers. We are hosting District Business Development Seminar in the month of February, where we plan to invite eminet and well known speakers to make the seminar meaningful, enjoyable and memorable.


Membership Development:
We inducted one new member and two honorary members in the month of July. Today, on 30th November, we are inducting four new members in your presence. Two lady members will be inducted in the coming months. On 26th August, we had a Membership Development Seminar in which, we invited all the neighboring clubs to take advantage.

Classification Rooster is updated up to now and will be updated as and when required

Rotary Information:
In every non - speaker meeting, we provide district as well as international news to members. In almost all meetings, the President himself provides various information to members.

Greetings:
By continuing the tradition, on the occasion of birthday and anniversaries, we wish each and every member in the meeting, on phone and also by sending greetings card.

District Events:
17th September - Baroda - Membership Development Seminar. Attended by the President and 4 members. 24th September - Sarigam - Zonal Polio Meet. Attended by the President and 2 members. 15th October - Surat - T.R.F. Seminar. Attended by the President and 6 members. 4 to 7th November - Nasik - RYLA. Attended by 1 participant from the club. 26th November - Bharuch - Intercity meet on Literacy. Attended by the President and 11 members. In addition to all this, we are also planning to display our FOUR WAY TEST in many prominent places throughout the city to make aware general community about the ideals on which our organization works.
